Returns For Online Customers:

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 3 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange for an item of equal value. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 3% of the order total will be deducted from the refund amount.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To begin the exchange process, please contact us at returns@peculiarityfootwear.com. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return authorization number and the warehouse address for shipping the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns For Items Marked As 'Final Sale':

Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments.




Free Shipping for Orders Over Advertised Shipping Rate:

Online orders meeting or exceeding the current advertised shipping rate before taxes and discounts qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Some exceptions may apply.


Standard Shipping for Orders Under Advertised Shipping Rate:

Orders below the advertised shipping rate will incur a flat-rate shipping fee.


Shipment Time:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days after purchase. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your order.


Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. Peculiarity Footwear cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays resulting from incorrectly entered addresses.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
