Returns & Shipping Policy – Extended Size Women’s Shoes (8–15)
At Peculiarity Footwear, we are committed to providing stylish, comfortable women’s shoes in extended sizes with a confident shopping experience. Please review our return and shipping policy below.
Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of our extended size women’s footwear, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
To start your return or exchange, email us at returns@peculiarityfootwear.com. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and warehouse return instructions.
Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders that meet or exceed the advertised threshold qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (before taxes and discounts).
Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
